About this blog

Just a quick word with ya'll.
This blog is for a creative writing class. (It is a pretty cool class.) Beware though I love sarcasm. So most of my stuff is sarcastic and sarky. I poke fun at things and feelings I have so don't take everything super serious.
I'm so far having tons of fun with this blog, and I hope that you have fun too, with my sense of mocking humor.

It gets better...

Ha ha, I found some of my like first or kindergarten age art after doing my I remember post. Come laugh with me  at my horrible old old art.

In remembrance

I remember when everyone was my friend.
And that people only got sad, and nothing was really bad.

I remember when I was too small to reach up to the sink.
I remember thinking about how I couldn't wait till I got tall enough to reach it.
I remember the day when I wished I was shorter so that I wouldn't have to bend so low to reach the sink.

I remember when me and my friends could make magic potions from the flowers in my moms garden
and we fought villains and built villages.
I remember we didn't pretend, we did explore caves and landed on stars all in my backyard.
I remember that my older brothers and my parents couldn't see all those things, and that there was something wrong with their eyes.
I remember the day when I couldn't see the rocket ships or flashing of swords any more.

I remember watching my brother play Ocarina of time, and the snow was falling.
I remember when we got our new dog.
I remember when that kite was trying to kill one of my brothers.
I remember playing night games.
I remember making bow and arrows from the willow tree.
I remember when the willow tree split in half in a storm. I cried that day for that willow tree.

Found in Paris

It was breath taking, the sights the sounds. Paris, I was here at last.
It took a while realize that I was really there. Each breath was foreign, but new. That was the first day in Paris.

It wasn't the Eiffel Tower or the other landmarks that I had come to see, no, it was to be in the small shops and the cafes. I don't drink coffee, but I do soak in the Paris sunshine.

Its suppose to be the same sun in the place I lived in, but the light that shines in Paris makes everything easier to see the truth of life and things.

Paris was everything I hoped it would be, I hope that Paris wasn't too disappointed that I had to get a few touristy pictures along the way.

I want to stay in Paris forever... and maybe I will. With My notebook and sketch book in a little cafe every morning at seven thirty, where I'm happy to wake up. To wake up in Paris.
